Description
The BAC library MAMB (22,082 clones) was entirely fingerprinted in collaboration with Ming-cheng Luo from UC Davis using the FPC method. 735 contigs ranging from 2 to 300 clones were produced. The largest contig is about 4,3 Mb and the total size is approximately 395 Mb. 1248 clones remained as singletons.
